THE WEDGE is a 30’ tall, 24’ wide, 72’ long massive grassy ramp angled to the sky. Part Aerial Performance Center, Fun House, Art Gallery, Sound Stage, 60 foot Sliding Board, Plush Lounge, and Panoramic Lookout. WATCH VIDEO!

Designed in search of the sublime. To gather, inspire play, and evoke joy by inviting people to slide, fly, lounge, and breath deeply a 360 degree panoramic view.

Premiered Sept 1st as “the most interactive installation in the history of Burning Man” The Wedge overjoyed and delighted over 30,000 people who climbed it’s slope and is now ready to tour International Arts Festivals.

This unprecedented structure births a unique collaboration between The Windmill Factory, International Rigging, AiRealistic, 2nd Species, and Grounded Aerial. It includes over 35 emerging artists, and seven visionaries with international performance and creation credits from Cirque du Soleil, Dragone, Fuerzabruta, De la Guarda, Pilobolus, The MET Opera, Broadway, The 2008 Olympics, Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Madonna, David Letterman, The Oscars, various Television Shows and Feature Films.
